So excited
I am getting so excited to go show. Just reading about all my friends going to show is making my tummy jittery. My fuzzy horse is slowly making his metamorphosis into the sleek show pony I love. He is going along so nice. The weather here is warming up and I am beginning to remember why I love California again. It's so pretty. The sky is blue and the Poppy's are starting to bloom. I have even gotten a little sun on my face and a good start on my farmers tan. I think in the future I may have to winter in Arizona. California is getting to cold for me. The Hunter talked to the county planner and we get to by-pass one whole certificate for building. That will save us about 3000 bucks! The next step is to dig and perk test a septic and well. Hooray! This puts everything back on to schedule. On the down side. Hunter may be laid off on Thursday. Not to worry to much. He happens to be in high demand for his union. He is wicked good at what he does. (HVAC) He actually applied for a full time position at the Berkley Laboratory. That would be great if he got on there. They keep union HVAC workers on all the time.

Wow, show season starts earlier there than here. That's a plus. We have such a short show season it sucks.
Hope you have a great time showing.
Wow you didn't tell me about that permit thingy! Cool!
And I'm not worried about the Hunter- He'll be back at work and out of your hair soon enough, besides it works for us and the show- yes?
Glad you have such a happy thing to occupy you and I sure hope The Hunter gets on with the new company. We're going through much the same thing right now. Grizzly is a union electrician. Crazy times. Yippee. The only thing I've been showin' lately is my rearend. It's kinda hard to hide though the shadow of my gut helps out a lot.
