It's so weird. I noticed last week that there were a lot (I mean more then the average number) of dead skunks in the road. I think I noticed something like ten on a 13 to fifteen mile drive. Naturally I brought this very important topic of conversation up to the Hunter.
"Honey" I says, " Have you noticed all the dead skunks in the road"?
" Well yeah, it's skunk breeding season". I thought about it for about half a second and said
"So your tellin me all these dead skunks are in the road because it's the skunk rut?"
and he said, "yep" like that wasn't just the funniest thought ever. I know you've all seen a buck chasin a doe in to the street so intent on gettin a piece of little doe ass he doesn't even see the Peter built two seconds from sendin him into deer heaven. The thought of a skunk doin that conjured images of Pepe Lepue and the cat and just made me laugh. I don't no why. I guess I am just a little bit morbid. I did however spare you the pictures.

Well they must be hooking up in my barn. When the vet was here yesterday, I noticed it was horribly funky with skunk smell in there. At least it is so recognizable that he could not think it was me!
LOL! Funky Skunk.
I hear a 'mell!
This puts me in mind of counting dead rabbits out in the salt flats driving through New Mexico. 110 was the final count I think. We get around, you and me. And we see ALL the best crap.
